Vintage Sheaffer Hand Painted Pencil Gold 1920's Estate

I really don't know much about these pens and pencils I will be selling.  Feel free to tell me if I am off on my information.
This is a Sheaffer pencil. From the 1920's. Hand painted. Part of a set. I don't have the pen. Very nice condition.
I see no paint loss. Gold is not scratched up.
